TERMS AND CONDITION

Please read carefully

1, For insurance reason are guest must be minimum age of 18+,
(you may be asked to supply ID upon arrival).

2, For health and safety reasons we can't allow pregnant women to our events.

3, Most of our events are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. If this applies to you then please email lucyparanormal1980@gmail.com before buying a ticket so we can advise and see if the venues can cater to your needs.

4, We don't allow smoking/vaping inside any of our events. We will show smokers where they can go in a designated smoking area and where to put your cigarette butts.

Anyone caught smoking/vaping inside any of our venues you will be asked to leave,(NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN).

5, Under no circumstances should you be under the influence of alcohol and drugs on arrival or during our events. If we think you are  you will be asked to leave the venue.(NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN).

6, Lucy Paranormal Journey will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to guest belongings, vehicles and all personal items you bring to our events is your responsibility.

7, We expect our guest to be respectful and polite to us, other guests, the team we all believe in different  beliefs and religions, If you don't you could be asked to leave,(NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN).

8, All guests will be shown to a BASE room where food and drink will only be allowed.

9, There are NO sleeping arrangements at our venue unless stated.

10, Filming and photography may be carried out at the Lucy Paranormal Journey event.
We will encourage all guests to take photos during our events, and will let you know when.
Any photo you take please tag Lucy Paranormal Journey in them please, any photo u send to us could be used on our website or social media site.
By booking and attending any of our events you are accepting that you may appear in video or photographs taken by us and guests for online and advertising purposes.

11, We can't guarantee any paranormal activity on the nights we can try with all equipment and calls out. It depends on the spirits then might not want to come out,(NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN).

12, We don't  accept any liability throughout any events if caused by poltergeist activity.

13, Due to the lateness of the investigation to make arrangements to book into a hotel/guest house to ensure you are not too tired to drive.

14, Any information that we may receive from you or that is requested by us in relation to names, addresses, email addresses or contact telephone numbers is sensitive and will not be used for any purposes other than to be incorporated into our database Lucy Paranormal Journey.

CANCELLATIONS BY US

We can cancel an event at any time for any reason at our own discretion. We can particularly cancel an event if not enough customers have booked to make it financially viable to operate. If we have to cancel, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible. In these circumstances we will give you a full refund of any money paid to us or move your booking to another event of your choice (within reason) but we will have no other liability whatsoever to you. This includes refunds on any hotel bookings or refunds on any travel arrangements or other costs incurred relating to the cancelled event.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

1, It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to make the event date as Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend. Our locations are paid in advance and we are liable for these costs even if you cannot make the event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit payment options will secure your place(s) on the event but the balance payment should be made no later than 4 weeks prior to the event unless said otherwise. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, We have the right to re-sell your places and retain any deposit payment already received.

2. We cannot put your places back up for sale on the website if you are unable to attend your event. However, if the ticket price has been paid in full your tickets can be transferred to a third party and where applicable you can advertise your tickets for sale on our Facebook Group Page or my website Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd. However, these tickets cannot be sold on any other advertising site due to the terms and conditions associated with them. Please note that Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd  accept no liability for any third party transactions made by this method or will we enter into any correspondence to help with this transaction.

3, All guests need to be directed towards Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd Terms and Conditions on my
website lucy-Paranormal-Journey.com and it will be deemed that the person(s) purchasing your tickets have been asked by you to ensure that the terms and conditions have been read and agreed by all concerned. Failure to do so will result in the guests not being allowed to enter the location.

4, There are occasions when events are cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control. If these events are cancelled then you will be given a full refund of money paid for the event you paid for. However, if the event is rescheduled We may set limitations on any refunds requested. We will endeavour to ensure that every client is made aware of a cancelled event as soon as possible. However, if this has not been possible, We will not refund any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of an event, this includes travel and hotel expenses.

5, When any part of an event is in the open air it is obviously going to be affected by the weather conditions. Although in very rare circumstances this would have an effect on the event, if it does We will reserve the right to move the event into covered conditions. However, this is very rare and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are wearing appropriate clothing and are protected against the weather. In the event of severe adverse weather conditions We will reserve the right to cancel an event. As much notice as possible will be given to guests prior to travelling to the event. However, if the weather is really bad for any member of the Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd  Team is unable to reach the event then We will seen the event to be inaccessible and therefore cancelled. This may happen as late as guests travelling on route to the event. Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd we however try to ensure that this is the last option taken and will always work towards the event going ahead as planned.

Lucy-Paranormal-Journey Ltd would be grateful if you could contact us on lucyparanormal1980@gmail.com or on my mobile number which will be given to you as soon as possible to let us know if you are unable to attend an event, even if it is on the day of event so that we are aware that you will not be arriving and can inform our staff.
